A tip sheet on what, and what not to wear to thoroughly enjoy Women’s Day Out.
Do Wear
- Cool cotton knit tops that let you move. Racer backs are perfect to make an impact.
- Comfortable shorts, track pants or cropped pants.
- Trainers or sneakers.
- Sun protection.
- Visor or cap, both for protection and to look fashion forward.
- Sunglasses to up the ante on style.
- Sports or support underwear.
Don’t Wear
- Skirts or anything that does not absorb perspiration.
- Sandals, slippers or heels.
- Excessive jewellery and makeup.
Do Bring
- A small bag, preferably a backpack or waist pouch.
- A small towel.
- A face spritzer.
- A change of top or clothes.
- Sense of fun, adventure and enthusiasm to participate.
- Gal pals, sister, mother … any women you know.
Don’t Bring
- Excessive cash or valuables.
- Shopping.
- Anyone who is not game to have as much fun as you are!
