A tip sheet on what, and what not to wear to thoroughly enjoy Women’s Day Out.

Do Wear

  • Cool cotton knit tops that let you move. Racer backs are perfect to make an impact.
  • Comfortable shorts, track pants or cropped pants.
  • Trainers or sneakers.
  • Sun protection.
  • Visor or cap, both for protection and to look fashion forward.
  • Sunglasses to up the ante on style.
  • Sports or support underwear.

Don’t Wear

  • Skirts or anything that does not absorb perspiration.
  • Sandals, slippers or heels.
  • Excessive jewellery and makeup.

Do Bring

  • A small bag, preferably a backpack or waist pouch.
  • A small towel.
  • A face spritzer.
  • A change of top or clothes.
  • Sense of fun, adventure and enthusiasm to participate.
  • Gal pals, sister, mother … any women you know.

Don’t Bring

  • Excessive cash or valuables.
  • Shopping.
  • Anyone who is not game to have as much fun as you are!
