Kids @ Play Zone

You will be pleased to know that while you are enjoying a hearty workout, your kids will also be having a kicking good time. Kids @ Play Zone features sporting activities organised for your children aged 5 to 12 years old, to play sports and make new friends at the same time. Valued at $15 per kid, it’s now FREE for kids of all participants of the Amore Women's Day Out. Only limited places are available, so sign your kids up now!

1. Fun Yoga for Children (FULL)

Time: 9.30am – 11.30am

Fun Yoga for Children teaches children useful breathing techniques, such as the “bunny” or “Take 5!” techniques to boost their energy level or help them stay focused for a longer period of time. Practicing yoga poses such as the “Warrior” series will also strengthen your child’s body and build up their confidence and self-esteem at the same time.


2. Inline Skating (FULL)

Time: 11.30am – 1.30pm

Inline skating is a low-impact and fun workout suitable for children. Your child will learn the proper and safe way of inline skating, which includes the importance of wearing full safety gear and the basics of balancing and moving off on skates.


3. Floorball

Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Floorball is a team sport similar to hockey but played using composite or carbon sticks.The game has found its way into the fitness programmes in many schools as it is well-suited for kids’ play. Your child will have a blast of a time scoring goals and socialising with other children at the same time.


4. Kangoo Jumps (FULL)

Time: 3.30pm – 6.00pm

Kangoo Jumps are safe, low impact rebound sport shoes that can be use for jogging, running or home fitness etc. They are so much fun that your child will forget that they are actually exercising. Never has a sport been so enjoyable, safe and easy to learn.


5. Sports Kenjutsu

Time: 6.30pm – 8.30pm

Sports Kenjutsu utilises lightweight, high-impact padded weapons. ActionFlex soft padded weapons allow your child to practice sword moves and techniques without fear of pain or injury. Sports Kenjutsu is a great aerobic workout, which helps improve speed, agility and endurance while helping to burn extra calories!
